• Google Analytics and Google Ads — visitor numbers, traffic sources and enquiry conversions
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel — measures the performance of our advertising
• Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps and session replay, which record how pages are scrolled and clicked so we can see where the site is confusing. Clarity masks the text you type into form fields; we do not use it to read your answers. It does not run on our questionnaire or contract pages.

We do not use these tools to identify you personally, and we do not sell the data they collect. You can opt out by using your browser's privacy settings, an ad or tracking blocker, or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Payment details are never entered on our website — card information is handled entirely by our payment provider on their own secure pages.
