These terms apply to Christmas mini sessions only. They replace the general Photography Session Agreement, which covers Glimpse, Golden, Gathered and Bloom bookings and does not apply to this event.
A 15-minute session on Sunday 8 November 2026 at Baxter Community Hall, 211 Baxter-Tooradin Rd, Baxter VIC 3911, and 5 professionally edited photographs.
Images are delivered via a private online gallery within 2 weeks of the session date, as high-resolution JPEG files for personal use. The gallery stays online for 2 months.
Your gallery shows every edited image from your session, and you choose the 5 included in your session to download. The full gallery — every edited image — is available for an additional $50, paid through your online gallery at any time within the 2 months it is online.
Sessions run back to back on a fixed timetable, from 10:30am with the last session at 4:20pm. You choose your time when you book.
Because each session is 15 minutes and the next family is waiting, a session that starts late still finishes at its scheduled time. Please arrive a few minutes before your booked start.
The session fee is $150. Your time is not reserved until the first payment is complete.
Paying in two parts. Where it is offered at the time of booking, you may pay $75 to confirm your session and the remaining $75 seven days later, charged automatically to the same card. You will be reminded three days beforehand, and nothing is charged after the second payment. Part payment is only available when your session is more than nine days away.
If the second payment does not go through, your session is still booked. You will be emailed a link to pay with another card, and the balance remains due before the session.
If the balance is not paid. Your time is held on the basis that the full $150 will be paid. If it has not been paid 2 days before 8 November 2026, your session time is released and becomes available for anyone to book. You can still pay and keep your time for as long as it remains unbooked — but once another family takes it, it is gone.
Changing your time. If another session time on the day is still available, you may move to it at no charge. Please ask as early as you can.
No alternative date. This is a single-day event. There is no other date to reschedule to, so a change of date is not possible.
Cancelling. Cancellations made more than 7 days before 8 November 2026 are refunded at 50% of the session fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of the session date are not refundable.
If you paid in two parts. The first $75 is not refunded if you cancel, and nothing further is owed — the balance is simply not taken. This replaces the 50% above rather than adding to it, so cancelling never costs you more than you have already paid. If the second payment has already been taken, the refund follows the same rule as a single payment: 50% more than 7 days out, nothing within 7 days.
If the photographer cancels. In the event of illness or other unforeseen circumstances preventing the session from going ahead, you will be offered an alternative time where one is available, or a full refund of everything you have paid. If you are paying in two parts, any payment still to come is cancelled.
Client use: Images are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. The client may print, share, and display images for personal purposes. Commercial use of any image is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Still & Golden Photography.
Photographer use: Still & Golden Photography retains full copyright of all images. The photographer reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, and other promotional purposes. If you would prefer your images not be used publicly, please notify the photographer in writing prior to your session.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Christmas mini session and is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
